Proofing

Proof Changes: All changes must be in writing via emails. Customer is responsible for confirmation of changes made to an order.

Cancellation & Returns
No cancellation to the order after 8 business hours after placing your order.
Die cut items are not eligible for returns.
Return postage will be issued only if the return is a result of our error. A refund [less shipping charges] is issued within 30 days from the purchase date.
